4. Make the Meringue Shell (p. 294) for the Fané . Cool, wrap, and store at room temperature.

1. Complete Steps 1 through 3 for the Spinach Salad (p. 171). Cool, cover, and refrigerate in the skillet.

2. Complete Step 2 for the Magrets and refrigerate.

3. If using, make the Bitter Chocolate Sauce (p. 302) and/or Caramel Sauce (p. 303) for the Fané and store at room temperature.
